Milpali Return and Exchange Policy

At Milpali, each item is crafted exclusively for you when you place an order. As a no-inventory, no-waste company, we prioritise sustainability by producing on demand, ensuring minimal waste and reducing the likelihood of our products ending up in landfills. We kindly ask that you order thoughtfully and with the intent to keep each piece.

We only offer exchanges and store credit for returns of full price items. Refunds are not available.

Exchange Eligibility
You may exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please go to the Exchange Portal.

It takes 2–5 business days to print, sew and inspect your products. Once packed, our carriers handle the shipping worldwide. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the carrier picks up the parcel.

Shipping time depends on the delivery destination and carrier capacity.

The amazing artists we collaborate with are involved in the design process and get the final say before release, to make sure their stories are well represented. They get a percentage of each sale at a rate that is above the average rate on the market.

They are the sole owners of the original painting and usually sell it through their own channels. Talk about a win-win!

You may wonder: Is it okay to wear Indigenous art? 

By wearing indigenous art prints, non-Indigenous individuals can show support, promote cultural awareness, and engage in meaningful conversations about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
